James has spent the last 20 years pursuing timely and effective solutions for a vast array of clients. Whether exploring the purchase behavior of the consumer, the needs of business clients, or the ever-shifting attitudes of the purchasing public, James has a keen insight into how characters in a database can reveal the true character of your target customers.

Solving enterprise problems, using customer information to drive marketing efforts, or developing segmentation strategies for some of the country’s largest financial institutions; James has a history of providing creative solutions that yield real value.  He earned an undergraduate degree in History and English from the State University of New York at Brockport and his Master’s in Business, with a focus on Executive Leadership, at St. John Fisher College in Pittsford, NY.
